Working with the fire during one of our Dancing the Medicine Wheel gatherings.

Our Dancing the Medicine Wheel course is almost fully booked,  just two more places available. We will not only be working with the normal Medicine Wheel Totems, we will be also be workingwith Nature Spirits and the Faerie Kingdom, they add a magical quality to the whole dance we doround the wheel.

We have specifically talked about using the medicine wheel to answer the question “What is myDestiny, what is my unique Soul Purpose and how can I fulfil it?”. Over the years, this is the question we find most people are asking and pondering, especially the part about “ how can I fulfill it?”.  The medicine wheel is the perfect way to unlock the answer to these seeking questions, gently taking us through the inner processes of our being and showing us the way.

Of course, this is not the only thing to learn from traversing the medicine wheel; we have had students who have opened their voices to communicate to themselves, and to the world, who they are, we have had others who have finally written that book, some who have learnt to play an instrument which they did not think possible before and others who have, literally, found themselves through this journey.

Each time we move to another aspect of the medicine wheel, at some point, we will split into smaller groups and, using a well known song tune, we will start to create our own lyrics. The theme will revolve around the particular part of the wheel we are traversing – it is such fun and, at the end of the course, we all have a copy of the different songs that we have created between us. Apart from thefun of actually creating this masterpiece,  it is a very good way to remember about each element we danced through on our journey around the wheel.

We are so looking forward to dancing around the medicine wheel again this year – we only do this once in every four years.  Each year, as well as our Shamanic Practitioner Training, we run another long course; this year it is the turn of the Medicine Wheel again.

Next year we will, once again, be teaching our Soul Regeneration Healing Practitioner Training; this course already has a list of 12 waiting for the booking to open!
